Liz Ubah is a highly experienced Chartered Certified Accountant and senior finance leader, with a strong background in financial strategy, reporting, compliance, risk management and organisational change. She is currently Group Financial Controller at dmg events, leading finance operations across multiple regions and supporting budgeting, cash flow, statutory accounts and strategic financial planning.

Liz brings valuable governance and trustee experience, including board advisory work with SMEs and financial support for her local church. She is also a runner and qualified personal trainer, giving her a strong personal connection to The Running Charity’s belief in the physical and psychological benefits of movement.

Her mix of financial expertise, commercial insight, governance experience and passion for supporting vulnerable communities will help strengthen The Running Charity’s financial oversight and long-term sustainability.
