Rachael Williams brings significant charity leadership and arts sector experience to The Running Charity. She is currently Chief Executive of Streetwise Opera, an organisation working at the intersection of homelessness, creativity and social change.

Rachael has held senior leadership roles across the theatre and performing arts sector, including Executive Director at Park Theatre and Improbable Theatre, as well as producer roles at the Gate Theatre. Her experience in organisational leadership, arts administration, partnerships and storytelling brings valuable insight into how creative, community-based work can support people experiencing disadvantage.
