Hardest Adventures

Hardest Adventures are currently on hold! Why? Well, our adventure coach Russ has taken a sabbatical to be the first person to run the entire length of Africa, working out at two marathons a day for over 8 months. Russ plans to fundraise his way across the continent helping us to bring Hardest Adventures back with more extreme adventures in more incredible locations!

The need for nature

The benefits of being in nature is well reported, however for our young people access and the feeling of it being a space not for them can remain an incredible barrier for them to reap the benefits of this incredible environment. Our adventures in 2022 were co-designed with our young people enabling them to be tailor made to the needs of those who need it most. Our trauma informed, experienced coaches can provide an inspiring and rewarding experience for all.
