Sea to Summit
This 3-day adventure will see you hiking, kayaking, cliff jumping and camping. The Sea to Summit adventure starts in the Welsh sea and ends on Snowdon. In Welsh, Snowdon is called Yr Wyddfa Fawr, which translates as Great Tomb or Great Throne… but don’t let that put you off as either way its guaranteed to be great.

Overview
The Sea to Summit Survival Weekend starts in the Welsh Sea and involves hiking for around 12km through sandy beach, boggy marshland, coastal paths and forest to our camp on night 1 where we will set up tents, start a fire and tuck into some ration packs. On day 2 we hike for around 20km through more forest, mountains, and across rivers to one of Wales most beautiful lakes for cliff jumping and kayaking, before we set up camp lakeside for our final night. Then it’ll be an early wake up on the last day to climb Snowdon for Sunrise before we travel back home later that day.

It’s important to note that although this is an empowering and energising trip it is far from a typical holiday. There will be times when you’re tired, achy, sweaty and maybe even ask yourself why you did this? The feeling of accomplishment, stunning views, memories that last a lifetime and the fact we are all here to support a great cause are a few reasons that make the moments of discomfort worth it.
I can show you the way, I can help instill the fundamentals in you to get you to the top and I can even hold your hand up the mountain but I can’t do it for you. By signing up to this I need a level of commitment from yourself that you will prepare adequately and turn up with a half-decent level of fitness. I reserve the right to pull you out at any stage of the trip if I feel your safety is severely compromised or you are majorly affecting the group’s chances of completing the challenge. I will be on hand for training advice and guidance in the lead-up.
